A floor-area price alone does not tell you which surfaces are treated, whether cleaning is included or how sensitive items are handled. One quote may cover a defined touch-point list; another may describe a broad spray visit without explaining the work.
Ask each provider to state the preparation, product and method, contact-time requirements, excluded materials and return instructions. If commercial documents are required, specify them before quotation rather than assuming they are included.
