Preparation starts with the agreed treatment plan. Ask which areas need to be released, what cleaning is required beforehand and what product-specific instructions apply to occupants and belongings.
Share the property brief
Provide the area in Dubai, property type, approximate size and reason for treatment. Photos can help identify finishes, clutter and access limitations. Avoid sending medical records or unnecessary sensitive information.
Tell the team about delicate materials, electronics, children, pets and rooms that cannot be vacated. Those details may change the method or timing.
Clear and prepare the work zones
- Complete any agreed pre-cleaning.
- Remove personal items from specified surfaces.
- Protect or remove food and utensils as instructed.
- Identify equipment and finishes requiring special care.
- Arrange security access, parking and a responsible contact.
Do not apply extra products beforehand to strengthen the treatment. Mixing chemicals or leaving unknown residues can create additional problems.
Plan occupancy and return
There is no universal departure or return time. Ask for the selected product’s ventilation, drying, rinsing where applicable and access requirements. Share those instructions with everyone who may arrive during or after the visit.
For a workplace, make the reopening deadline part of the assessment. Do not book a treatment window that cannot accommodate the actual instructions.
Be ready for handover
Nominate someone to receive the record of treated areas, exclusions and aftercare. If a zone could not be accessed or preparation was incomplete, the record should say so. A treatment appointment is not a guarantee that every object in the property was treated.
